Fat Dissolving 

Prep: Any abdominal areas require you to fast for 6 hours prior and 6 hours after  (including milk and coffee. so that you can get the most out of your session and your fat cells can  break down quickly and more effectively. Arm/chin areas do not require any fasting.

Duration: 30 mins

Aftercare: Avoid touching the area for up to 6 hours, wash with a mild soap don't scrub the treated area, no spray tans or sunbeds for 7 days. Avoid blood thinners, alcohol should be avoided for 7 days, caffeine intake should be at a minimal, avoid heavy make up for 24 hours, no swimming for 3 days post treatment, it is safe to use the sauna or steam rooms, after 24 hours as sweating is encouraged, clients should also follow a low fat and low carbohydrate diet and increase water intake to at least 2 litres a day to get the best results.

Safety Precautions: LEMONBOTTLE is not suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions, Liver & Kidney disease or disorders, Diabetes, Thyroid disorders, permanent use of anticoagulants, skin disease and disorders in the target area such as psoriasis, eczema, scabiesetc, Scar tissue (not to treat tissue area until 6 months post healing) current infection or illness, excessive weight loss.  If you are not sure of medical suitability, we suggest you seek medical approval before commencing with this treatment.
